Your j5jili account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. j5jili reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably believes is being used by a person other than the registered account holder.
j5jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at j5jili's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the j5jili cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice. j5jili reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts based on verification status, account history, or risk assessment.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. j5jili aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank. j5jili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
In compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, j5jili is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. j5jili reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds for any deposit.
j5jili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside j5jili's control.
j5jili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by j5jili are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
j5jili reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. j5jili reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not available to players who have opted out of marketing communications unless they specifically opt back in.
Each game available on j5jili is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed on j5jili and those of the underlying game provider, the game provider's rules shall prevail.
All j5jili games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The results of all games are determined by the RNG at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by j5jili, the game provider, or the player after a bet has been placed.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, j5jili reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. j5jili shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
j5jili is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or power outage on the player's side during gameplay. Where a game round is interrupted due to disconnection, the game will resume from the point of interruption upon reconnection where technically possible.

j5jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the j5jili platform, regardless of whether j5jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
j5jili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The j5jili platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under Philippine law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude j5jili's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
j5jili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By using j5jili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
j5jili implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC) as required by law or necessary to provide j5jili's services.

j5jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: violation of any provision of these Terms; provision of false or fraudulent information; engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; or where j5jili is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
You may close your j5jili account at any time by contacting j5jili's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the j5jili platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from your use of j5jili that cannot be resolved through j5jili's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's player protection office as provided under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
If you have a complaint regarding j5jili's services, you should first contact j5jili's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). j5jili will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with j5jili's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR.
j5jili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, j5jili will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the j5jili platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the j5jili platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using j5jili and close your account before the amendments take effect.
